The Modbus Gateway module is used to increase the number of simultaneous connections to Modbus devices whose available connections are restricted, e. g. when it is necessary to connect two applications to a device that communicates in Modbus and only allows a single connection, it is possible to overcome such limitation by using the N3uron Modbus Gateway module.
The Modbus Gateway module supports both TCP and Serial communications (Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, and RTU over TCP) and an unlimited number of connections.
