# Introduction

The **OPC XML Client** provides an easy way to connect to third-party **OPC XML-DA** servers and simplifies the management and control of your industrial assets. This module supports the following functionalities:

- Unlimited OPC XML-DA server connections on local and remote machines.
- Arrays and scalar values.
- Automatic reconnection.
