# Introduction

**N3uron's Audit Trail******[](https://n3uron.com/iiot-platform-modules/caiso-ads/)automatically records certain actions that occur in the node, such as tag writes, module actions, and configuration and license changes. Utilizing the system involves creating an instance of the **Audit Trail** module.

Once the module instance is running, the node will automatically create a database folder to start tracking user actions. Users will be able to retrieve and visualize the audit trail records using the **Audit Trail Display.**

This module allows **N3uron** to ensure **GMP** compliance, enabling it to achieve for example full **FDA 21 CFR Part 11** and **EudraLex Annex 11** compliance regarding **Audit Trail** requirements.
